Yoga can be a dangerous practise and drive you insane (no joke)!. Stay clear of kundalini yoga, the breathing exercises and headstands and the bandhas and mudras and she will be ok!.
Look up the "yamas" and "niyamas" of Patanjali as these are needed as a foundation before the bodily exercises are started (hatha yoga)

You don't need a special yoga mat to do yoga!. I do it on my carpet at home, using a towel on the ground to keep my hands from slipping!. On youtube you can find some yoga routines/instructions!. If you have a little bit of money ($10-$20) you can buy a good quality yoga video!. I like Seane Corn's Vinyasa Flow or Yoga Shakti by Shiva Rea!. However, practicing yoga without the help of an instructor can be dangerous for beginners!. I think that with many poses she should be fine, but I advise against doing more difficult things, like headstands or arm balance poses!. Most importantly, things shouldn't hurt!. If she experiences any pain during the exercise, she should stop!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
