Question: Therapy makes me more anxious!?
When I talk to my therapist I get alot more anxious!.I get real anxious and super chatty!. Even before I talk to my therapist and after talking with my therapist!. Is this normal!? I mean this person has helped me!.!. What can or should I do to make this more confortable!.!.etc!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is NOT uncommon! Try sitting in your car doing deep breathing for 15 minutes before your appointment to help you calm down!
Also, TALK to your therapist about how you feel anxious about therapy! You have to be honest to get the results you want! Www@Answer-Health@Com

therapy tends to have that affect!. It brings up lots of emotions and emotional topics!. Many people tend to get "worked up" around during and shortly after therapy sessions!. It just means that your really working through your issues because its stiring things up inside of you!.
