I need help , I don't feel to good?!
Question: I need help , I don't feel to good!?
at first I didn't know what was wrong with me!. I started feeling weak,dizzy,headaches ,nausea, and if I ran or walked fast, my body and legs got shaky!.!.I feel depressed and irritable!.
Which I didnt understand because I go to the gym atleast 5 times a week, btu I think this past week I over did it!.!. sat and sunday were going to be my rest days, btu I ended up still going to play ball with my kids and doing lots of other physcial activites!.!. So I wondered why on earth will I feel so weak and why is it that when i try to jog a little I get shaky!.!. then I thought about it, what if I over did it!? What are the

You are too obsessed with keeping fit and it is obvisously doing you more harm than good!. I suggest you cut down your amount of excersise to once a week and do this for a few months and slowly build it up again if you feel you must!. You sound anemic, you should get test done at the doctors for this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
