You would be surprised how many famous and successful people have mental health problems!. One of the most famous was Winston Churchill, who was British Prime Minister during the Second World War!.
And I can guarantee you that there are other people working in your office who suffer with mental health problems and you don't even realise!. There is no reason why you shouldn't look normal or be good looking, people with mental health problems are not a separate, blighted race - -they are just people who aren't well!. Good luck with the rest of your lifeWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,I have Bi-polar disorder so I think I can identify with you!.I think it,s possible to control these conditions with medication and learn to cope with stages you go through!.
I do not tell people about the illness I have because as you said they do not understand but more people have conditions like this than you know of!.Work colleagues, politicians, famous people etc!.
I certainly don't think your obsessed,I think you have done extremely well and the most important thing 'is' taking care of yourself!.
