I dont know about the the bail out plan, but there is a bill that is trying to be passed right now that would make insurance have to cover mental illness treatment equal to covering physical illness!. It passed in the house innitially as a stand alone bill, and then in congress as part of a package that included taxes somehow involved!. They have to come to an agreement on it for it to pass
