I m constantly thinking negative thoughts ?!


Question: I m constantly thinking negative thoughts !?
mind has become like monster which keeps on churning out one negative thought after another , that's making me very unhappy i mtrying hard to be positive but i m not able to come out of this negative thinking pattern, i have to study for my exams but i m not able to do so because of persistent negative thought if things continue like this i mdefinetly gonna fail in my exams i really don't know what to do and how to come out of this negative thinking pattern i need help , anyone's personal experience dealing with such problem would definetly help!.thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Negative thoughts are natural specially when someone in depressed!. You have to practice to get your negative thoughts out and bring positive thoughts in!. I have a few methods that I have been practicing which has helped me,
1!. meditation - deep breathing in and out!. Listen as you breath in and out and focus on it to get your mind into one place!.
meditate on something good that happened to you and focus that thought in your mind!.
If you are cooking and you are cutting vegetables, think and focus on that !.!.!. thats meditation too!.
If you are studying get a subject you like best and focus on an area you really like and start studying !.!.!. complete focus on that is a type of meditation too!.
Start these thoughts and focus your mind on day to day life and positive thoughts!.
2!. Do one good deed a day and think about that!.
3!. Get rid of all thats creating negativity in your life !.!.!. it could be a friend thats bothering you or it could be a pair of shoes thats hurting your feet!. Just stay away from things that helps negativity in your life!.

Medically I would like to advise you to see a doctor if this still persists!. I know people who were very depressed and had symptoms similar to you get medication for a short time and they were able to get a balance in thought frame and then work from there!. Meditation is good, but the practice of getting there is long!. While medicine helps you to balance your mind sooner and quicker!. So foryour exam's sake I would consult a doctor for a short period of time!.

The mind works two ways - you think about things so much that they shape your behavior!. If you think about things that are destructive and harmful they will lead to behavior that is destructive and harmfu!.

It's a two way street!. If you want to affect your thoughts, you can affect them by doing things that are good!. Doing good things will make you think good things!. That will make it easier to do good things to make you think good things, and you'll feel good things, and life will start to make sense!. You'll feel like you are getting a lot done, reaching your goals and you'll notice that you are happy!.

If it doesn't work for you to try to pretend to be happy, paint on a smile - try the opposite direction!. Try and do good things, even if you don't feel like it necessarily, and that will change your thoughts!.

yes, I have been experienced same thing!.What i did was The Meditation!.
And i think you should also do the same thing!.I was also upset and started suffering the net and gone through http://www!.reiki!.jdvm!.info by any how!. I read about meditation and just like this i tried it!.Just closed my eyes , strated taking deep inhaling and exhaling !.And did it for 15 min , tried to stop thinking about all negative and started thinking about beautiful flowers!.I got some releafe!.and then i started doing it daily 15 min in the morning and 15 in in evening!.You also do this!.

hey sunny don't upset what ever negative thoughts come in ur mind its all human nature !.If u r not able to stop thinking of thought its not on u !.
I m also a student of btech and i m fail in 3 subjects out of 5 so its hard at that time to thinlk of it but u can cope up with these thing!.

yep hi!.!.!. k i was going thru the same thing recently!. the only thing i can advise u is to find SOMETHING positive to look forward to, ANYTHING at all that u would want out of life and do whatever it takes to get that!. i would start off with something simple like finishing school in your case!.!. well what do u want to do after that!? do u have all the skills and tools u need to get to that phase in your life!? find out what it is u need to do to succeed and concentrate on that first!. take your life one day at a time!. dont rush into anything u aren't sure of and if u mess up (on an exam or whatever) take it as a lesson!. everything negative in life that happens, actually happens for a good reason!. the problem is figuring out that reason and turning it positive!. this works with EVERY aspect of life!. live for the NOW and not for the past!.!. and while you're at it, look forward to tomorrow!. (even if today sucks *** sometimes) u get what i'm saying!? sometimes negative thoughts are your mind telling u to WAKE THE HELL UP! only YOU can decide your destiny!.!. and well, if u tell yourself your going to fail a test "if"!.!.!. then when that "if" comes to pass, u will make yourself fail that test!. its simple!. but it's alot easier said than done i know!. just keep an open mind and TRY to stay positive as much as possible!. and remember YOU are in control of all GOOD and BAD that happens in your life!.how do u want to control it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
