Question: I am afraid I might kill someone!?
The more I see violence between people the more convinced I am that if anyone put their hands on me, i'd lose control and do something homocidal!. That means, I would do something more excessive than what someone did to me!. I guess this means I wont ever fight fair yet i'm convinced that it is way more unfair that someone would choose to mess with me!. Don't get me wrong, I never want to kill anyone!. In fact, I couldnt hurt a fly!. But, damn, some people take alot of crap from others and it's real frustrating seeing them take it or wait for the police to do something!. I guess I should stop watching TruTV but i'm wondering if i'm not the only one like this!. This world is full of people who purposely hurt others!. Its hard not to think in terms of rage!. Don't know if you're crazy or not but you do have a leg-up on the problem in that you have premeditated on the idea of killing someone and can decide whether to do it or not!. I'd suggest you decide not to kill anyone for your sake and theirs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You don't sound crazy!. You probably have difficulty handling your anger!. Stop feeding your anger by watching that stuff! Seriously! There's so much better stuff to watch! Instead watch stuff about science, history, anything else that interests you!. The regular stations are lousy with their excess of violence and so are most movies!. Who needs it!?

You're not crazy but the world is! We live in a world obsessed by violence and media so that now we have become desensititized to violent behaviour and think it's the norm!. But if you're worried, talk to a counsellor or therapist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No you are not crazy!. But I would con sitter some anger manigment classes!. My boyfriend had the same problem, he ended up hurting my badly!. Just please don't do anything you would regret!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
