Question: I'm anxious, please help!. I have panic attacks!?
Answers:
1!. Try to find out what causes you to start feeling anxious!.
2!. Recognize your bodys response!. Like faster breathing, stomache ache, etc!.
3!. Before you think a panic attack might start think of something calming and breath in deeply for 4sec hold for 1 second then exhale for 4 seconds!. Do that about 10 times!.

Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.

But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Well, have you tried figuring out what it is that causes the attacks!? You're probably going to have to deal with whatever it is that's bothering you!. I had this problem for a few months, and when I couldn't do it, I started getting depressed, and I went to see my doctor!. He prescribed me medication for the anxiety!. I didn't like how the medication made me feel the first 2 weeks and I took it for another 2 weeks after that!. Then I stopped!. My attacks have been gone since then!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
