Why do i forget things?!
Question: Why do i forget things!?
hi all,
I have Problems with my memory when we go shopping and pay bills etc iam like a zombie and can't remember things its like I'm not there and I'm in someone Else's body and at home iam like this sometimes and cant remember things i have said and asked for etc why could this be!?
i take medication such as zyprexa and effexor could this be why i forget!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Talk with your doctor and check that it isnt a side effect of the medication that you are taking!.
Write a task list to get you through the day and a shopping list so that you know what your goals are for the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You take pills!?
Were they prescribed by your psychiatrist!?
I wouldn't just pick up pills and start popping them!.
You probably have encoding failure of short term memory to long term memory!. but to know this, you need to see a therapist!.
It could be a real problem - so i suggest you go see one so that they can tell you if you do or not!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
