Question: When will I ever STOP being so concerned of WHAT OTHERS THINK!.!.!.!.im KILLIN ME :(!?
i dont know why but i've really held myself back from so much because i worry to much of what others will think!.!.!. when im walkin out by myself i get so uncomfortable and dont know what to do!.!.!. (im 21) ive been like this for years!.!.!. what can i do to change this!.!.!. i really cant take it anymoreWww@Answer-Health@Com

A lot of people think too much about what others think!. I myself am one of them!. During class i think people are watching me and judging me on what i do!. Like i sit there and play with a laser pointer and i feel like everyone is thinking that i am a nerd or stupid for playing!. But i don't know how i did it but i just started caring less and less because they aren't close to me, they aren't my friends, and my real friends won't think of me less for playing with a laser pointer, because they are the kind of friends who like what i like!. So what I'm trying to say is that I know this is so much easier on paper, but i think you should consider, or at least try to care less because you probably won't see them again and they will most likely forget about you in five minutes ( I am sorry if that sounded bad! But it is true!. Other people have more things to worry about and think about than what other people look like or what they do)

But what i do!.!.!.this is going to sound really conceited but, i look myself up and down in the mirror before i leave for school, and i tell myself i am pretty sexy

i compliment myself because it helps me feel better about myself

focus on the good
ignore the bad

Granted you are 21 and still evolving as an individual, but let me say this i have spent 28yrs being and worryingg about what others thought about me also, i have just now gotten to the point where i wanted to be me just me, i got tired of doing and being everything for others, so i woke up one morning and decided to change that, i made small changes like making my own decisions on what to eat and wear and friends i keep soreally it does take time to get to that point where you can say hey what about me and care about yourself, it boils down toself respectt overall and everyone needs that, just get comfortable with you being you not them, its your life nottheirss really do you think thatotherss play that much on what you think about regarding their choices!? just be you and have some respect for yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Think of some things about yourself that you are proud of!.!.!.you'll be surprised how many you can come up with if you are willing!.
I think, it's about learning to like who you are that helps you not be bothered by the idea that someone else might not like you!.
It's quite normal to want to be liked!.!.!.we all do!. But nobody can make everyone happy!.!.!.just doesn't happen!. Remember that!.
If it's a real problem for you, though, and some simple mental adjustment don't help, then go and find a counselor to talk to so you can go into some real detail and get to the bottom of the issue and come up with a solution!.
We all have doubts and sometimes they are stronger than other times but at no time should they be paralysing!.!.!.in those cases seeking help would be wise!.
I'm sure that I could find some things to like about you if I knew you!.
