And it has been effecting my life as well!. I know its all in my head and there nothing physical wrong with me!. Would this be some type of anxiety disorder!? or panic attack!? I am seeing a phyciatrist in a few days for the first time, but im wondering what type of medication do you think ill be perscribed!? Negative emotions (like sadness, stress, anger, etc!.) causes your Serotonin production to be low; when your Serotonin level is low, you are more prone to getting Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Depression, etc!.

Medication like Antidepressants (SSRI - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor) helps to boost Serotonin level!.
But there are natural ways to do it without medication!. There's this strange herb called "St John's Wort" - it is said to be more effective than Prozac!. No, it is not for mild depression only and ignore those sayings!. In fact, it does help anxiety and panic-attacks as St John's Wort works like prozac!. Other natural ways will be exercise, diet, more exposure to light, etc!.

The problem is that, even if your Serotonin is balanced!.!.!. you have that "learned behavior" in your mind!. You need to break that initial cycle to destroy that learned behavior - Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) does this!. A technique that you can use without CBT will be Distraction!.!.!. There are several other techniques to help cope them!

Do not worry about the medication! Do not try to self prescribe or self-diagnose!. It is good that you are seeking help from professionals!. Anxiety comes from fear of the unknown!. Relax and tell the doctor honestly what he needs to know!.
You will be okay!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why not try a solution that does not require the use of medication!. Check out this site:

i think you should just relax and get your head off from all of the busy things that keeps you on stress!. i had a panic attack and i was totally going crazy!. so i consider that you don't focus on the symptoms and stress too much because as a fact, it gets to you and will let you worry more on what you think is happening to your mind and body!. try letting go of all the bad things that are happening in your life and just relax!. don't think too much as well!. in my opinion, i don't think you need any medication of some sort!. once again, just relax and let go of the stress that you have been holding on to!. i recommend you to maybe take a day off your job and/or take a vacation, perhaps go to a spa!. good luck!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,

If you feel a panic attack or feelings of anxiety creeping up on you then try this word repetition technique that I learned that helps me to quickly 'snap out' of my panic attacks:

I simply repeat the words 'cream cake' over and over in my head as quickly as I can without stopping!. You could use any word or words you like really but that's what I chose (because I like cream cakes)!. It apparently works because it doesn't give your brain time to process the panicky thoughts and so helps you to relax again!. Seems strange I know !.!.!. but it works for me!

There's also a free ebook that I found really useful called 'Get Rid of Panic and Anxiety for Good'!. If you want to take a look you can find it at: http://curepanicattacks!.premiergold!.info!.!.!. Even though I got it for free it has helped me absolutely loads!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It definitley sounds like health anxiety!.!. I have that also and think something is wrong then i start to feel that way!. Its hard because I am pregnant and so I am really struggling!. But before I got pregnant, Lorazepam (same family as xanax) was the only thing that helped me!.!.!. im not saying it is all that will help you but it is an option!. I definitley say talk to a doctor and tell them it affects your everyday life and they will give you something to help you out and control it!. Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
