I have depression too!. I know exactly what you mean!. It feels like after you do something fun, you're body is mad at you for not suffering anymore!. It's so annoying! Are you seeing a therapist about your depression!? I have to see one about every two weeks, and it really helps!. Also, talk to the doctor that diagnosed you, maybe you need to up your medication a little!. It's not that big of a deal, I've had to do it before!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know what you mean and i think the main root problem of this doom like feeling is the sense that nothing can be quite as fun as the day we spent yesterday!.
I don't have depression, but i certainly have my down days (or weeks) and find the best way to deal with such an overwhelming feeling as such is to just ride it out and enjoy being by myself!. Often when i have such feelings as heavy as missing doing fun stuff with friends it is because i have a deep seated fear i will never enjoy myself as much as i did that day and that the people i'm with will stop being my friends either through death or choice- i get it every time i have fun in fact! Seeing everyone together in a group might trigger it!. I know personally it's more comfortable for me to be with someone one-on-one than part of a group because then you have to be part of the "group mentality" and fit in with their conversation!.

But if you're having a good time it might just be general sadness that it's over and it can't be like that all the time!. But there's always next time!

Cause you were having such go time you did not want it to end cause your mind was focus on the fun you were having and not any problem you might have had before the fun started !. Or it could be even of what some of your friends and what they have done with their lives !. If the last part of this is what you fell ,don`t let it get you down !. Because playing the game of keeping up with the Jones is not good !. You have a nitch and one day you will find itWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably because you're depressed that the good time you've had is over!. It's common, even among people not suffering with depression!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
