Question: What can i do to help me focus in the morning!?
Is there anything that i can do to help me focus, especially in the morning when I'm tired!.Caffeine wakes me up but it doesn't help me concentrate when I'm in school!. Isn't there any kind of scientifically proven food that can help me focus, or a certain bedtime i should be sleeping at!? PLEASE HELP!!! 10 points for best answer!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes you can take a nice shower and you can drink ginkgo biloba tea or take pills they come from a tree it increases circulation and i have taken them before they really do work!. if you are having problems with your sleep schedule look for melatonin that should help you get back in order!. protein and omega 3 are also good things to have in your diet!. oatmeal is also a good brain food!. Try 8 to 10 hours of sleep !.!.!. in the morning be sure to have a routine which includes a good breakfast !.!.!.

Try no doze on those test days!.!. don't take it after 12:ish though!.
also figure out your sleep!.!.!. for me and a lot of people i talk to 5 hours of sleep is good!. go to bed at 11 and get up at 4ish try it on the weekend see how you feel!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
