I cant stop eating?!?!
Question: I cant stop eating!?!!?
Im not fat or anything, but im going through hard times, and depression, and please dont tell me to seek help, I cant stop eating!.
I have an eating disorder, and usually ill go days without eating or throwing up !.!.(maybe I do need help)
But latley Ive been shoving food down my trhoat, and it's making me sick, and I feel so disgusting, earlier I cried about it!.

Umm!.!.!.just try to keep your mind busy!.
Don't think too much about hard times and what you're going through!.
It's not really that bad!.!.i mean!.
a LOT to you--probably isn't that bad!.
That's kinda what i do!.!.i barely eat, and exercise a bunch for weeks/months!.
Then one day i just pig out!.
It's better to just eat right form the beginning!.!.!.

first you drink water than eat food!. Eat the 4/4 food made you full!. It will help you stop eating!. if you hunger At !. Drink water more at least 8 cup !.

you need to find another outlet for your feelings
try exercising,
running,
dancing,
yoga,
anything that moves your body will release adrenaline and endorfins which will make you happy
