Question: I Think its anxiety But need someone to relate to!.!?
It started i Smoked weed for a while from when i was 14 till 16 when i was 16 1 month and a half before my birthday i did a lil coke well later in the day i did some and i started to panic i though i was going to have a heart attack my friend calmed me down next few days i felt wierd(like everything looked wierd)smoked weed like 2 days later made me feel better relaxed me about 2 days after that i took about 10 shots of whisky felt fine then smoked some pot and chest started hurting got hard to breathe paniced thought i was going to die went out side keep knowcking on aunts door(like 3 am in the morning) finnaly just made myself sleep woke up fine!. started smokeing pot more often the next half month if i smoked to much chest would hurt but found out if i sand karoke it would go away and i would feel fine!.did a lil meth felt fine then smoked a lil pot had a panic attack as i call it finnaly calmed down(Never did meth or coke again) went to my friend jakes house and went n smoked my last cigg and after that cig i felt wierd and paniced sence then ive felt wierd been really anxious fingers hurt sometimes , am dizzy, heart rate go's up(90-117)!. when i first wake up i check my pulse its like 75-78 but once i get up and start getting up it rasies im always thinking that im going to die, one time i thought i was crazy just once, ill be out and look at some people and get scared cuase i think they are going to try to kill me which i know there not, ill bounce my leg up and down with my foot my jaw will hurt, it gets hard to breathe sometimes i get scared to drink caffine, to work out or anything that will speed my pulse, when im calm my pulse goes down but if im not it will rise its never been over 118 resting but it scares me im 17 yrs old a male im not in the best shape but im not in the worse!. my normal pulse is 76, i remember panicing what i call it i hope it is and im like call the emergency room, my dad told me cocaine can cuase anxiety and take up to 12 months for thhat stuff to get out of your head, and cocaine cuased my first attack!. could it be the cocaine that did it!. over the past three months it has been getting better!.but when i wake up pulse is fine i keep checking it and it starts going up and then it starts getting hard to breathe and i get sick to my stomach, everything looks wierd i dont know what people call it lightheaded dizzy whatever u call it, after i eat is usualy when my heart will race i guess!.(eat ceral alot) (coco puffs)!.when i went to the doc once i was so anxious for him to tell me whats wrong i almost flipped i felt all jittery like i was on drugs!.i smoked weed a few times when i had it and Paniced again chest hurt and heart was pounding finnaly went away like 45-60 min later never smoked weed sence for like 1 month and half and never will again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

DON'T WORRY!! This really sounds like anxiety to me!. Weed does bring anxiety!. You felt anxious when you were high and the reason you felt better while you sang is because it took your mind off of it and calmed you down!. You are okay, you just need to keep telling yourself that!. You really should go see a doctor!. They can help you with anti anxiety pills!. Next time it happens, just breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth and keep your mind off it it!. Good luck, everything will be fine :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
