It may be unconnected, but i'm glad you are feeling better now, it usually takes about a month for an anti-depressant to take effect!. Lots of anti-depressants have suicidal tendencies as being a side effect, but the problem with lists such as this is that it is usually the medication companies covering their backs, it only takes one person to claim that they have experienced a side effect for it to be listed!. Feeling suicidal however fleeting is not unusual for depressed people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Depressed people are more likely to have suicidal ideation than non depressed people!. They tend to have no hope for the future, etc!. However, in most cases they lack the energy to act on their impulses!. The danger of suicide usually occurs within the first couple of weeks of taking an antidepressant!. The medicine lifts their energy level before it lifts the mood!. Therefore, they have the energy to act on their depressed mood!. The danger of suicide usually subsides as the mood lifts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i take abiblify for bi polar and i know i felt the same way the first 3 weeks but thats because your body has to get use to your medication!. so the pills have to adjust therefore if you have depreppression the pills increase that deppression untill your body has time to get use to the medication!. but maybe you need to switch meds if you still have those thought after about a month of taking your meds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I blame the f*cking drug companies for this!. They give millions in freebies to Doctors, have expensive advertising campains for these sort of drugs on the media and in medicine and schmooze Doctors on expensive junkets to prescribe them!. This has been so for years, they foist dubious "cures" for psychiatric conditions onto vulnerable people and have no regard to the consequenses, only for profit!. Turds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's so common as the person above said!.!.due to having more energy but not quite the mood to match!. It is something that is difficult to deal with, but thankfully more people get treatment before their depression gets that bad, and if it is at that level then usually get more support in those first few weeks!.

Some people find that they help!. some don't!. some find that placebos work best!. I doubt it will be in the near future where society can function without them, we have created a large part of this problem so at least there are some solutions albeit imperfect ones!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can take weeks before you start to feel better being on a anti depressant!. Some times the side effects can be worse than the symptoms!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

always thought that was funny as hell when i read it on my script side effects list !.!. i used to figure it was a win win situation lol
kill or cure either used to be fine by me at the time
