I work in LIVE TV so I really need to stay calm in situations that put me under extreme pressure!.
1!. I always makes notes or to do lists with priorities - from most important to least important
2!. I take deep breaths and don't panic - panic wastes time! Try some breathing exercises
3!. I try manage my time cleverly and don't waste my time on stupid things
4!. I try delegate things that I know someone else can do (and should be doing!)
5!. I try get a good nights sleep, this helps a lot! If you're anxious put a notepad next to your bed and whenever you're stressed right whatever it is down and make a note to deal with it in the morning - this way it doesn't distract you from your sleep
6!. I use Lavendar essential oil in my bath - just a few drops!
7!. Be logical not emotional!. Work out facts, don't let things feel too difficult - the problems will get bigger if you let them!.

Set your mind on what you actually want to achieve
Try to look calm and relaxed -- even if you aren't!. Many people who you think are calm and relaxed actually aren't - its just practice and experience

I'm by nature one of the most laid-back people ever, so I probably have a genetic advantage or something, but I do get stressed sometimes!.
When that happens, I just prioritise what needs worrying about and box away in my head that which doesn't!. I can literally tell myself "today's not the day for worrying about it, I've got other more pleasant things to do, so I'll worry about it on Thursday"!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I close my eyes and take a few slow deep breaths and tell myself everything will be ok!. I say to myself I gotta face this sometimes so lets take it at a running jump! It works =)

I rehearse anything I might have to say in a stressful situation so I know what to say and I usually just take deep breaths if I get somewhere that I can't handle!. Or if possible I go into a quiet place and think it over!. It works for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Long slow breaths!. break the situation in to one small step at a time rather than worrying about the whole thing!. Know what you are doing (that helps), know you can ask for help!. No coffee!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
