What is the best way to Kill a Old habit?!


Question: What is the best way to Kill a Old habit!?
I don t Mean Smoking or Drinking, but i have many bad habits i would like to kill(changing for the better) what is a good way to kill themWww@Answer-Health@Com

Set up small goals and practice accomplishing them every day!. For example, every day when you get up in the morning, take a shower, get dressed in nice clothes, wear good shoes and do your hair, brush your teeth!. Make yourself get all done up like you are going some where important!. Just do that every single day for a month, see how that changes some of the outlook you have!. I am not patronizing, I am saying this from experience!. Once I started this morning routine, my outlook improved drastically! Then when you have that down real good, add another simple task such as making your bed every day then later add working out for 15 minutes every day!. Your routine will get longer and eventually you will know what you want and need on your routine and what you don't!. I hope this helps!. You can do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's proven that 21 days are taken to build a routine, just the same way that you can unlearn it in 21 days!.

I stopped smoking for good after 21 days of torture, okay, it doesn't take exactly 21 days - but around there!.

Habbits work on triggers, when you find the trigger, change your focus, i!.e!. you see a red light and suddenly you think of SEX! Change your train of thought when you find a trigger, after some time it won't have the effect it used to thus you begin to kill the habbit!.

like a hobbie or a new habbit!.
or stop doing things that remind you of that bad "thing"
like if you always bite your nails when your bored, write about your day or go listen to music!.
anything to keep your mind off the bad "thing"

Actually what is your bad habit in the first place!. All habits are made up of your on way of doing, please change and act differently and try to adopt it!.!.!.!.!.!. and so on!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get some help with your friends!. Different habits have solutions too, like if you bite your nails you can put tape over them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
