How do I break away from the feeling of wishing I was dead, even though I'm !


Question: How do I break away from the feeling of wishing I was dead, even though I'm afraid of pain!?
I wish I was dead, but I don't have the guts to do any self-harm or suicide, since I have low pain tolerance!.

I suffer OCD, Tourette's, anxiety, & depression!. I take Luvox, Clonidine, & Wellbutrin!. I see a psychiatrist & a counselor!. I'll be 25 next month, & I have a college degree!. I had 2 strokes @ age 5, & I was @ risk for autism as a child!. My life isn't going anywhere!. I don't know where my future will take me!. I'm afraid to be alive anymore!. Life is too scary & miserable!. No one understands or cares about me!. When I say this, people think I'm looking for a pity party or attention!. No, I'm not!. I don't have a social life, & I'm afraid of everyone!. Afraid to leave the house!.

I'm in financial debt because of Hurricane Katrina & student loans!. Employers refuse to hire me because I look mentally special to them!. Debt collectors are harrassing & threatening me, & they don't care if you can't even afford a drink of water!.

People are too cruel-hearted, ruthless & brutal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Darling, try meditating!. Just sit down somewhere comfortable and close your eyes!. Try not to think!. If the thoughts keep coming, just watch them!. Sometimes it helps to listen to your heartbeat or your breathing!. Even the sound of the ocean is soothing!. Just try to stop thinking and when you do, you'll find that you've come to this profound state of mental bliss and purity!. I know it's hard, but I promise that when you get to this state, it's totally worth everything!. It's difficult at first to stop thinking for even a second, but each time you try, your mind stays silent longer and longer!. You'll feel this joy welling up inside of you, and if you do this every day, you'll see a noticeable change in your life!. Attaining silence increases your emotional maturity and will help you gain perspective and think of new and effective ways to deal with your problems!. You'll start meeting people who will help you because your attitude will change and it's mainly attitude that attracts the right kind of people to you!. If you can't do anything else, just try meditation and it will help you with everything!.

try harder!. i know that sounds mean but try much harder!. go look for things you may like!. go get more hobbies!. and push yourself out the door!. go out!. TRY AND HAVE FUN!. i was just like that!. i gave in and went to a party!. a guy talked to me!. it helped my mood sooo much!. just keep trying!. i bet you there are things in this world you have no idea about!.!.!.things that will end up being a career or a hobby that makes you extremly happy!. fight this depressed state!. if you don't fight this depressed state things will only get worse!. you can make them so much better if you tried!. so try it!. go out even if you don't want to!. see how things go!. and keep doing it!. all you need is one or two people to make you want to live!. go find them!. believe me if i can go out!.!.!.anyone can!. so go ahead and do it!. go live life!. don't think of the bad!. think of the good that could be once you try and let the good in!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
