Question: Can being too upset about something make you physically sick!?
I'm just wondering!.!.!. I've been really upset about a lot of things lately!. And the past few days I've been feeling really sick, along with feeling kind of depressed!. So, is that normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it can and it is normal!. What you have to do to help you feel better is to stop and take a day to yourself and write down everything that you are upset about, try and find a solution for at least one or two!. Don't beat yourself up if you cannot resolve them all!. It will take time and if there is one person that you wholeheartedly trust to be there for you call them!. Yes it can!.When I was younger,i would get upset each time my parents would go out to drink,and during that time,it would upset me so much that i would start to have stomachaches and headaches!.

absolutely, depending on the level of being upset!. I know this because I have seen it first hand!. My sister's ex-friend has married this loser who cant even do simple math or even complete a complete thought for that matter and her parents were devastated by it!. She rushed into marrying him and he mother was sick for a month!. Even the day of the wedding she was in so much pain, she was so upset and it just affected her health!. If your mind int balanced it throws off your homeostasis (google it) and when your homeostasis is unbalanced then so are you, this is where you are susceptible to getting sick or feeling low!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you can!. Fortunately you do not need to see a therapist and you do not need to take anti-depressents!. If you eat healthy that can improve your mood as well as exercising!. Also, try do more things outside of the house, like go places with friends and just have fun and learn to laugh!. Life is too short to just be sad all the time!. Yes, it's true!. Our thoughts contribute a lot to our physical being!. We have to be careful in things that we are upset about!. As much as you can, try to avoid being upset over things that you have no control of so you will not be sick!.

if it has anything to do with a bf or something, then try to get him out of your mind, if you find yourself thinking about whatever it is your worrying about, then think about something else, just think happy, it kinda worked for me!.

Perfectly normal when you stress about many things to get physically sick!. I am with Jane on the excersize!. It will def help you feel better and may give you more energy to fight off any sickness that is coming on!. When you stress heavily, your immune system weakens and you can catch things easier!. yes,depression,stress,any type of of everyday stressors can cause a person to get physically and even emotionally sick!.Maybe you can distract yourself from the stressor,which might be triggering this,take some time out for you,it will help your mind and body feel a lot more at peace!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely, the mind is a very powerful thing!. Even though they say that grief is a normal and healthy thing it does not feel good!. I guess that it works in a cathartic way!.

Yes, i asked a similar question the other day!. I was working with an A$$hole Director, and he was being a Douche, and my boss was sitting in the studio, and i couldnt respond how i normally would because my boss was sitting there and i got sick to muy stomach had to run puke and go tot he emergency room!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, getting too upset or too much anxiety can make you have ulcers!. I suggest talking with someone and venting about whats troubling you!. Its not good to bottle things in and make yourself sick over it!. Seek counseling, there's nothing wrong with it = )Www@Answer-Health@Com

absolutely happens to me whenever i am upset,its more anxiety for me let your doctor know,excersize,and eat right everday,focus on the things you love, and keep yourself busy doing those things you love,I hear vitamins can help too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah, one time i was really depressed, like truly haha and then i got pneumonia, but i dont think it could get you THAT sick, i was probably going to get pneumonia before i even felt depressed lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
