A sleeping problem?!


Question: A sleeping problem!?
I have a sleeping problem!. It been nights I sleep normally, but these past two weeks I can't just go to sleep normal!!! I would just lay there and just think and think and cant go to sleep! I've tried sleepy medicine!. It only worked for the first night!. The next night it just don't work no more!. I don't whats wrong!. I've tried reading a book!. listening to music before bed!. That crap don't help me out! I seriously have a sleeping problem and my mom won't take it seriously!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you young still!? im 16 hehe so i can relate if you are!. I used to be fully happy abt life but as a shy person, my imagination was a bit too much, and i had heapsa thoughts and opinions about frends and wondered whatwould happen tomorrow and all that krap!. Before i know it it is around 5am or even all night and i go to school telling my friends i such a human living zombie/ They didnt pay attention tho!. This went on for a couple weeks at a time, severity varying, and the days that this happened varies throughout times of the year also!.!. I got depressed and this stoped, but before, chamomile tea helped for me!. Smell it a lot b4 you drink it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to have that problem!.!. I'd lie there thinking and before I know it its some crazy time in the morning!.
The easy option is sleeping tablets!.!.!.!. but thats not the best option!.!.I recommend lavender oil!. Put a drop on your pillow or a tiny tiny smudge under your nose when you go to bed!. It always works for me!.

i haven't had a good nights sleep in 12yrs!. so, i understand!.

talk to your mom!. tell her your sleep problem and as a responsible young adult you need to sure your sleep problems are not symptoms of bigger health issues or you wouldn't be concerned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have this problem to sometimes, mainly when something is brothering me!. I change the subject that i am thinking about to something boring and finally fall asleep!. hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I found that if I count sheep, or listen to an online metronome set to 52 on my Pc in my room, I fall asleep faster!. Or, I just stare at my wonderful poster of Wall?E and fall fast asleep!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
