Question: Is it safe mixing sleeping pill and depression medication!?
I'm on Effexor XR (SSRI) and I couldn't function and think right this past days!. I'm thinking about mixing a sleeping pill as of today, though!. What will happen if I mixed them together!? The reason why is because whenever I took Effexor XR, i get really sick!. I couldn't function very well!. Maybe if I added a sleep med it will make me more calmer and get not feel the pain!.
I've been on Celexa, Paxil, Lexapro and Cymbalta!. So don't tell me if the med is not working they will give me a dif!. one!. Also, don't tell me I need help!. Don't judge someone you don't know!. Judge yourself before you judge someone!.

To help you sleep at night!? You need to check it out with your doctor or a pharmacist to check they don't interact negatively with each other!. The Effexor won't really help till you've been taking it for 2-4 weeks, so if you haven't had it for long try and wait for a while!.
If you take a sleeping tablet in the day you'll be pretty much unconscious, so I wouldn't advise it if that's what you were planning!.
