Fighting depression without the help of a doctor is difficult!. For me: meditation, simple yoga, and daily exercise really helped!.!.!.but I was so bad off everyday I had to force myself to do these things!. As I got older though I realized there is nothing wrong with seeing a therapist as well as doing what I was doing!. It really helps to tell someone else how I feel, I also keep a diary and that helps too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
