Question: Is it normal to forget!?!?
I'm only 20 years old!.
Is it normal to forget what you did 15 minutes ago!?
Sometimes it's 10 minutes!.
For example when I wash my hands after using the toilet, I forget if I flushed it or not!? I try very hard to remember but I can't!.
Sometimes I put things somewhere and than i forget where i had put them even if it was 5 minutes ago!.
Sometimes I forget who told me things!.
Sometimes I forget I told people things!.

maybe ur too busy thinking about everything all the time,, like ur mind is so busy that u dont remember things, or that u dont pay much attention to smthn so u forget later, when i do things at the last minute i end up losing it , like when i leave home in a hurry i either forget my phone or keys so on, so try to meditate it helps i guess, u could see a doctor if it helps to check

Underlying medical issues notwithstanding, this is common if you are experiencing severe anxiety or stress!. I suppose there could be another medical issue for it, so get checked out by your doctor!. If he sees nothing, take a look at your stress level and lifestyle!. Perhaps you are dealing with too much in your life right now and are mentally overwhelmed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There could be many explanations for this!. First see a physician!. When I am feeling anxious & stressed I get very forgetful!. If I am mulling over a problem!. When I am tired, preoccupied lots of things!. I just emptied my dishwasher and found two pens on the cutlery tray!. lol Try to have a little sense of humour about it worrying just makes it worse!. I have a pin that says of all the things I've lost in my life I miss my mind the most!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
