I don't think my body know how to relax?!


Question: I don't think my body know how to relax!?
I have delt with stressful situations most of my life, and now i have pulled away from it all i have found myself getting stressed about every little thing!. I excersise regulary and try to meditate most days but i am still very tense and get aggrvated so quickly!. I know this is not normal but don't know what to do, i have followed doctors orders but i don't think it is working!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

breath in for 7 and out for 11, I do it when im nervous, like if i'm about to read in church!. Because your concentrating on your counting rather than the thing that has annoyed you, you eventually forget about it!. It's also how we breath when we are asleep, we take shorter breaths and breath out for longer as we are completely relaxed!. It can help you get to sleep too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Therapy!. Or a good friend!.
Dealing with stressful situations by yourself just bottles them up!.

You clearly need some sort of release, and excersise and meditation are obviously not woking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
