On and off depression/suicide feelings?!


Question: On and off depression/suicide feelings!?
Ok so im 13 and for about a half year now ive been having on and off depressions!. it started when a girl i was really close to moved and i kind of never really got over that!. That event mixed with a lot of other frustrations made me suicidal for a time!. Now im not really but sometimes when i get pissed off now that feeling of i guess rage turns on and sometimes i just really feel like killing someone and ending everything!. i know thats really messed up but the thing is, i think about the outcome after i did whatever i would do and i dont really care that my life crashed down in a few mins!. I dont really know what i should do so any advice would be nice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please don't kill anyone!.!.!. =[ Please!? Well all I can really say is that you need help!. Seriously and not in a mean way but you should talk to a phsycologist and it is completely confidential!. Talk to him/her about how you feel!. Even get some medication!. I know how you feel cause I am like that too!. I just try to think about other things or get my mind off of it by hanging out with friends or something ya know!? Pain is only temporary but Suicide is FOREVER!. Don't end your life over it please!. Those are pretty intense emotions!. I think it would be best to talk to someone who could help you sort through your frustrations and get you to a more stable mindset!. A psychologist or therapist could really help you!. And everything would be completely confidential, so whatever you tell them would be between you and them only!. They will not judge you or criticize you!.!.!.only help you!.

When that rage hits you, try to stop, shut out your surroundings, and take a few deep breaths!. If you have thoughts about hurting someone else and/or yourself, get help immediately! And remember, you're only 13!. Hitting those teenage years can be hard, and you'll go through some very stressful experience, but also some very good experiences!. Talk to the folks at 1!.800!.784!.2433!. They will be able to to talk in depth with you about how you feel, what brings on your rage, and the best solution to your specific situation!.
Sometimes the solution is as easy as engaging in meditation daily, or exercising alone for an hour or so!. These activities help clear our minds, and focus on the important issues in life- leaving behind those things that may anger us, but are not necessarily important!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the first thing you describes is LOSS!. And now you are turning your emotions back onto yourself and turning your sorrow into anger!. stop!. now!. immediately if not sooner!!.
You don't say how close you were to this young woman but if you are grieving and this is your first loss ever, then you need to find someone who can help you!.

you are experiencing frustration , anger and irritability !.!.!.!.!.!.!. as the kaileigh suggested you need some one understanding and caring !. A God father a God mother or a friend !. The situation might have been trigerred by your girlfriend moving away but there might be people around you who don't care about your emotions !. Lack of understanding of your emotions by your close relatives namely your parents might be thre reason of your turmoil !. It can be a difficult situation for a teenager !. i have this same problem!. no joke!. i know how it is for you!. my suicidal thoughts started after i moved away from the home i grew up in!. i was only in third grade when this happened!. its taken me six years to cope with these feelings but im getting better!. i found someone close to me and i told them how i was feeling!. that i felt like i was suicidal!. they were very understanding and helped me out a lot with my life!. so what i say you do is just find someone close to you that you trust and tell them how you feel!. they will most likely try to help you out!. its a great way to let out your emotions!. or if you dont feel comfortable with that try writing about what you are feeling!. this is also something i do!. i find it helps you sort out your thoughts!. you dont have to show anyone what you have written unless you would like to!. you can burn what you write!. it doesnt matter as long as you get your feelings out!. and i know how you are feeling!. trust me when ever you feel like you should just kill yourself take a moment and think of all the people you would hurt and the life you will have!. just keep pushing through the good and bad it will eventually pass!.

It's a normal phase, I went through it, and it still comes up every now and then (Except with the "wanting to kill someone" part, I think you might need help for that)!.

You have to keep living though!. It's really selfish and unfortunate some kids commit suicide!. This pain that your feeling will be passed down to the other people that are close to you!. You have to keep looking forward! Maybe oneday, you can even see this girl again so don't be depressed about something that can be managed, okay :] Besides, I bet that girl misses you very much as well!.

Your only 13, this is when the body changes, and you start to feel new emotions and such!. Life isn't forever so enjoy it while you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i agree with what bev has said above!.!.!.depression and grief often turn into anger!. you realize that your thoughts seem "messed up", so this tells me that you know your emotions are stronger that what the situations might call for!.

what i mean by that is!.!.!.you've been feeling bad for quite awhile, for so long that how you feel is getting a bit beyond your control!. it's okay though, counseling helps a lot!. counselors help you be more aware of these emotions and they tell you ways of dealing with them!.

i don't think you are messed up!. i've been depressed severely at times!. it makes you think strange things!. my counselor told me: you can't control your feelings, EVER!.!.!.you can control your thoughts about HALF the time!.!.!.you can control your actions ALL of he time!. so don't get down about having disturbing thoughts!. it happens when we don't feel good!. do what you can to get through the day, every day, and do what you can to get help for yourself!.

Any time you're feeling suicidal or that you want to hurt yourself, you should talk to someone!. Maybe make an appointment with your family doctor, or talk to the counselor at your school!. A lot of people your age have similar problems, and you don't have to deal with them by yourself!.

For what it's worth, let me say that 13 is a really crappy age to be, and I promise it gets so much better down the road!. The years 12 to 14 were the worst of my life, and most other people too!. You just have to hang on tight and make it through to 15, somehow, and I swear it starts to get so much better!. I'm 22 right now, and I've gotta say, it's pretty sweet!.

In the mean time, I recommend talking to a doctor for help, and also keeping a diary to help you keep your thoughts straight!. Talking with people my own age online (without giving out my name and personal info, obviously - be safe!) who felt similarly troubled also helped me realize that I wasn't alone and that there were people who understood!.

13 is a really tough year because you turn into a teenager!. You probably just have hormones and they'regoing out of whack!. I think maybe you just need a little break so maybe you should just chill, or maybe find somebody to talk to, like a parent, trusted adult, or loyal friend, and if things are really serious, maybe a school counselor!. Also surround yourself with good friends, and maybe join a sport cuz exercise blows off steam!. And whatever you do, dont do drugs cuz it might give you a high and make you feel good for like 5 minutes but afterwards you just crash and burn!.
