Why do I sleepwalk?!
Question: Why do I sleepwalk!?
Last night, for example, I woke up standing in my hallway at 5 am with a dress in my hand!. I've sleptwalk on & off (not regularly) since a very young age!.!.!. probably about 3 or 4!. I talk in my sleep almost every night!. My boyfriend tells me I have conversations, shout, lecture & talk a great deal when I sleep!. Why is this!? Is the sleepwalking something to worry about!? I read sleepwalking occurs in people with severe emotional problems or a lot of stress, but that can't be why I do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
