I get depressed when I eat...?!


Question: I get depressed when I eat!.!.!.!?
People have been telling me I eat unhealthily (800 calories a day) but it's only partially because I'm trying to lose weight!. It's also because I just get really depressed when I eat, or feel full, or eat something that's not healthy in some way!. What should I do!?

I don't want to go to a doctor, and I really don't want to gain weight anyways, I'm still trying to lose weight!. I just don't want to develop and eating disorder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its not a bad thing to feel full jsut dont feel full on junk!. try eating salads and fruit!.
if you dont want your doctor to tell you how much you weigh just ask them not to tell you, i asked my doctor that, he just said ok and i looked out the window when he weighed me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try eating raw fruits and veggies w/ no salad dressing (maybe salt, pepper, & vinegar from time to time -- not often)
Canned fruit has sugar added to the juice, so get it freshWww@Answer-Health@Com
