i have been having really bad sleep lately!. my mom think its from stress!. i get really paranoid at night i get night mares of my dad tracking me down and killing me, i dont go to the doctors cas he may trace the bill, any home soothing ideas to solve it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i usto have a hard time falling asleep or having bad dreams and then somebody told me to try drinking peppermint tea right before going to bed!.
it works for me but every person is different!.

do breathiing exercises for ex!. take deep breathes, inhale for 10 exhale for 10, you dont even have to count, just big deep breathes, close your eyes, relax listen to relaxing music, i had a big problem this last year at college I did'nt want to take pills, if none of that helps theres stuff you can buy at a wal mart or something!.!.!. sleep md, tylenol pm, advil pm

wow, really bad case of insomnia/paranoia!. well, i share a room with someone and fall asleep before they do!. plus, they have the laptop and tv on!. the person and the noise is distracting and helpful!.

maybe listen to tapes of something soothing at night!? also, a good environment is important too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, peppermint tea does help, at least for me!. Whenever i feel stress, i will go for a jog before i hit the bed!. Exercise has proven to lessen your stress!. It also helps u to have a good night sleep as u will be very tired after the exercise!. So, u wont get all that nightmares anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
