Help a fellow insomniac?!


Question: Help a fellow insomniac!?
So, yeah!. I'm a huge insomniac!. It's summer vacation, making it even worse!.

I mean, during the schoolyear I'm up till, oh, 2 AM, 4 tops!? I'm dead serious!. At the moment I am typing this, it's 5:40 in the morning!.

I need help!. How do I help my insomnia!?

Um, I have a computer in my room!. I think that's what is causing it!. But I can't depart with my beloved Windows!.!.!.!

My face is turning a pale green color, and that can't always be hidden with make-up!. Any suggestions, please!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am an insomniac too!
Here's some tips my Mum gave me to get sleepy:

Don't drink caffiene before you go to bed
Don't go to bed until you are tired
Go see a doctor if you have any funny after effects
Make sure you are maintaining a healthy diet
Open your bedroom window a little bit, as stuffy rooms can keep you awake
Make sure you are wearing comfortable nightwear
Massage your head if you can't sleep
Make sure you're not depressed/stressed ect!.

you said it yourself, take the computer out the room!. your bedroom is for sleep, not going on the computer!. If you cant do that then your going to have to be diciplined about when you turn it off!. For tonight i would say stay up all night and day so then you will have little trouble falling asleep next evening!. If you associate your room with anything other than sleep self conciously your going to find it hard to go to sleep!. But try tuning into a sound when your trying to sleep, thing of nothing else!. I have difficulty sleeping so i sleep with my dog and i listen and tune into his breathing and before you know it your waking up in the morning, try not to get sleeping tablets as you can become dependant!. Often lack of sleep is a sign of deppression but i would say in your case as you have allready said its the computer!!?!!?!!? just get it out of your room!Www@Answer-Health@Com

soft music usually helps me, insomnia is mostly mental, you literally keep yourself awake with all the thinking you do!. try and relax and you will doze off trust me!.!.!.!.!.

the problem is if u eat chocolate or some sweet stuff u cant sleep cuz ur body produces energy i prefer drink a glass of milk
and lay down in bed ur bed shuld be cozy ! try limiting ur time on the PC

yeah its the pc ,when you want to sleep then wind down with a hot bath warm drink and chill out music, the pc stimulates the mind too muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

Aroma therapy could help!. Lavender is really calming!. Try and put yourself on a schedule and stick to it!. Even If you lay down at a certain time stay in bed and continue to try to sleep!. eventually your inner clock will reset and you will be able to sleep!. No caffeine in the day, stay to more natural foods!. If that doesn't work see your doctor!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
