Question: My husband was recently diagnosed with delusions of grandeur!?
He started calling himself Sir and expects everyone to call him that!.
I guess it wasn't that different when he started calling himself Doctor!. He almost opened his own Doctor's practise!. But I stopped him!.

Oh dear, you poor thing, I think you need to contact the doctor!. Maybe they will do a home visit and come and talk to you and your husband in your own surroundings!.

Say you'll call him Sir as long as he recognises you as an aristocratic Lady in your own right and not just as his wife!. Then play on this using your imagination!. Keep pushing and pushing this idea on him and see how he reacts!. Say you are above him in the aristocracy and deserve respect!.

if you're husband suffers from delusions of grandeur it's up to you as his wife to respect that,perhapse you don't know his

your husband needs to be sedated and put in mental rehab to accept his illness and deal with it b4 it gets so bad and put you in trouble or worse
