Meditation, it's easy to learn and it really helps!. Just stretch out in bed and breathe in and out deeply!. Clear your mind and picture yourself pushing all the bad things out!. When laying in bed remember to keep all thoughts out of your head!. Focus on a field that never ends!. It usually helps me when I'm under major stress and can't sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to recall the things that had happen in school!. make a list of A and B!.!.!. GET A BATH BEFORE BED !.!.!.
POUR IN SOME LAVENDER AND PUT SOME EPSOM SALTS INTO THE WATER!.!.!.
THE LAVENDER IS CALMING WHILST THE EPSOM SALTS WILL SOOTH AWAY STRESS!.!.
YOU SHOULD HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT ESPECIALLY AT SCHOOL!.!.YOU HAVE A LIFE IN FRONT OF YOU!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
