Question: Is any of this ok!!?
i thought for a while that i was confused baout things!. now i realise i'm just angry!. I havent had an outlet for it in 6 months!. i havent felt so angry that i can blow up I guess i'm waiting for someone to really piss me off !. I havent cried unless it's been over my x!. I havent cried just becaus myself everytimee i can't bring myself to do it i stop!. what can i do!? is any of this okay!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you know i sometimes find myself holding feelings in,a lot of depression,but in doing that over time it builds up,and feelings of anger and rage develope,which isn't good,but the fear of expressing anger is normal as finding the right way to do that without harming yourself or others around you!.please know it is okay to allow yourself to feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are OK!. Anger is a type of fear!. Try something completely different!. I suggest an adrenaline shock, something positive, like skydiving, hitchhiking across Europe, whitewater rafting in Alaska(or the Grand Canyon, Mexico, any where wild)!. Search for joy, and adventure, or help in the rescue efforts around the world for victims of the natural disasters that have happened recently, build houses for the poor in the morning, skydive in the afternoons, dance until dawn, make love on the beach!. You don't sound okay to me!. It's not normal to be angry over nothing, and it's not normal to be depressed over a relationship that ended 6 months ago!. Yahoo answers can only help you so much
