Question: Taking a new step, share please!?
Hi everyone!.

I have taken a positive step for getting over my panic disorder!.
I am having cognitive behaviour therapy, my therapist is so nice I am so happy and comfortable around her!.

My questions are
Does it help that I have found a great therapist!?
Has anyone else been part of CBT!? And has it worked for you!?

(It would be really great if people that have had it with panic attacks tell me specific details, thankyou!!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have never actually been in CBT, but I know first hand what it is and its effects!. I do think it effects many people positively and that in your case this is probably so!. I think that it does help that you have found a good therapist!. You are very lucky!. Many people do not get good therapists!. I think that if you have been fortunate to find such a good therapist and you feel comfortable, you should continue with this!. I hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
