Question: Why do I do this!.!.!?
If im sitting down and talking to someone or just sitting down, im constantly moving my hands, playing with my hair rocking side to side, like im always moving!.

It's a nervous condition!. You should think about taking herbs such as valerian root, hops, chamomile, passion flower, and others that feed the nervous system!.
Massage therapy would be good for you as well, as it helps reduce the effects of stress on your body (which causes your nerves to be so jumpy)!.

Its probably not a disorder!. You're probably just more aware of the people looking at you than you should be!. Most of the time when people move around a lot its because they're self-conscious!.

well for me when i do that its just i feel more comfortable doing it but if you cant control it then it maybe something more serious but yea i usually play with my hands in a convo because it makes me feel more relaxed and not like im just standing thereWww@Answer-Health@Com
maybe its just a habit & u dont realize ur doing it!. if u want 2 stop this habit just concentrate on not moving ur hands and then u might break the habitWww@Answer-Health@Com
