Question: What is the hardest addiction to withdrawl from!?
Answers:
According to current determination by medical and mental health professionals, it's tabacco
(tell that to someone who is a gambling, sex, alcohol, "fill-the-blank" addict)!.
In my opinion, it's not so much the substance or object of addiction which may be the hardest to unhook from!.!.!. but the reason or lack of what may cause addiction!. It's probably the need to be loved, and its substitution with addiction, that is the strongest enemy of the person who is overwhelmed by it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Addiction to a person!. I'm not talking about stalking somebody or being obsessed with someone-I mean constantly thinking and pining over someone who is no longer with you!.
I would have to say that addiction of a lost loved one, of somebody who broke your heart or for some reason is not with you any more is the hardest addiction to get rid of!. Why!? Because unlike many other addictions, this one isn't illegal!. To other people, it does not seem abnormal!. It is so much easier to hide your pining for somebody than to hide the fact that you are cutting yourself, doing drugs, or something that is forbidden!.
There is no specific support group, no chat room for this addiction!. You have to struggle on your own, occassionaly finding somebody who suffers from the same problem!. But instead of making you feel better, they weigh you down!.
Addiction to someone comes in a painful cycle!. You imagine them with you, fantasize about them, then slowly give up, crying until you feel raw and empty inside!.
Nobody else realises your addiction!. They think it is the normal grief or anger process, dismiss it and walk on!. You have no proof to all the pain you are going through, because addiction to a person leaves scars in the worst place-your mind!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
