I've been there!. Right now you need immediate help!. Call a trusted friend or relative!. Don't be alone right now!. The reason you cannot make a decision is because your brain is in a chemical wash right now!. Everything and even the smallest thing is overwhelming!. Only a doctor ( start with your primary care) can give you the medications you need to get better!. I can tell you from experience that these episodes come in waves!. It will get better!. Think of your body chemistry as an ocean of hormones!. Sometimes it's low tide and sometimes it's high tide!. Right now you have a long walk down to the beach, don't get too despaired, it will rise again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take yourself to your doctor and explain how you have been feeling!. There are tons of meds out there for depression and anxiety--you might be shocked at the huge percentage of people who are are such meds!. No reason to waste your life feeling bad with something so common and treatable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a psychiatrist!. They can help find right the meds for you to get you through this period in your life as well as provide counseling to talk about your feelings!. They will also help you find healthy coping strategies for what you are going through!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont do this to yourself!! Every life created by God has got some meaning!. Dont depress yourself and take hasty decisions!. Think about your family, your father and your mother especially who had struggled so hard, fought with her life to bring 'you' into this world!. Did she bring you into this world only to end your life forcefully!. I can understand by your words that you are in many problems and much depression!. But death is not an end!.( Depression occurs only when you are not able to solve your probs)!. Everybody in this world has problems!. Frankly speaking even i have problems in my life!. That doesnt mean i should put an end to my life!. God has created us in His beautiful world for us to enjoy his creation!. He creates problems to make us learn to solve them!. "When he knows to create, then He also knows to solve them!. But evrything takes time!. Please dont depress yourself!. Dont lose faith in God!.

To get out of depression do some meditation!. Spend your time with children(working for play schools)!. Consult a pschiartist!.
Hope you recover soon!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
And please please dont take any hasty steps!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best person to help you is yourself, and by asking for help, you have took the vital first step!.
NEGATIVITY is no good you have to look positive, and when you look at what is happening around the world, then think of yourself, and how lucky you are to be alive in a country where there is very little of this stuff happening!.
What is making you feel down, and how did it develop!. When you have the answer to this, you are on the way back up, maybe only at the base of the mountain, but you have made a start!.
Bereavemnets, especially if expected, are no pleasure, and if unexpected can be so very hard on you, but sometimes, especially when someone is suffering agony, as silly as it may seem, can be a blessing!.
With the human race, we can be 2 faced bastards!. If an animal is suffering, or there is no chance of a recovery, or even only a poor chance of recovery, then that animal can be humanely killed, under the auspices of putting the poor creature out of its misery, yet humans make each other suffer, sometimes for many years, until they suffer a natural death, which, to many people can be seen as a blessed relief as the person is finally out of their pain!.
Don't take it into your head I don't have a clue what I am talking about, believe me, I do, as I have been through a private hell that many people only could think about!.
As the father of 3, all under the age of 8, I was told I would be lucky to survive another 5 years without a major operation!.
What was proposed was that the top neurosurgeon in the north of England would cut through the front of my skull and move my brain to allow the top ear, nose and throat( E!.N!.T!.) surgeon access down the front of my face to access a tumour that had grown up prom the nostrils, into the right sinuses, and up towards the brain!.
Before the neuro surgeon started, the E!.N!.T!. surgeon had cut my nose ope along the right hand side, and round over the top of my right eye, allowing partial access!.
After 4 hours, he switched to come in through the access point in my skull ( some 10 inches accross and 3 inches wide) to work down into the cavity and remove the tumour!.
After 9 hours, I was taken back to the ward, metal plate in place, stitched up, with all the wires and tubes attached!.
Nobody could predict the psychological changes, the effect of the epilepsy, which is drug controlled for the rest of my life, if the medication would work, when to sort the different levels of dosage etc!.
Take into consideration the surgery was done on an August bank holiday Monday ( I guess the equivilant of Thanksgiving in the U!.S!.A!.) by 2 top surgeons and all the medical back up, and was actually a planned operation says how bad it was, (well to me a tumour that has a ratio of 1 in 10, 000, 000 people is bad) and could not be guaranteed to be totally removed, requiring regular check ups and possible surgery, well that ain't exactly the best thing to hear)
Fortunately, with the help of psychologists,a nd my family, I am now OK, well mental health wise anyways!.
Life can be an absolute bast*ard, but at least in the western world, it's better than some places!.
Your doctor should be able to help you get any treatment, either by a psychologist or sessions at the surgery,
Good luck, Mike t!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The stages are:

Denial: The initial stage: "It can't be happening!."
Anger: "Why ME!? It's not fair!?!" (either referring to God, oneself, or anybody perceived, rightly or wrongly, as "responsible")
Bargaining: "Just let me live to see my son graduate!."
Depression: "I'm so sad, why bother with anything!?"
Acceptance: "It's going to be OK!."
