Is it stress or am i crazy?!


Question: Is it stress or am i crazy!?
i think my body is trying to tell me something!. i am in my late thirties and i am a little over weight but i can live with that!. i have a high stress job but i have been here for over 16 years so i guess i am use to that!. the other day i was at a resteraunt with my wife, kids and inlaws!. my chest started to tighten up, my hands started shaking, i got mad real quick and basically bit my wife's head off for no reason!. i just wanted to throw things and run out of the building!. i hate large crowds!. especially if i am in the middle of the crowd!. i cant stand for someone to stand very close behind me!. it makes my skin crawl!. just writting this is making my chest tighten up again!. i dont drink or use drugs but i have used smokeless tobacco for over 20 years!. i am starting not to like what i am becoming!. when i feel this way it makes me wonder if i am loosing my mind!. can anyone help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like some social anxiety going on!. Make an appointment with your doctor for a check up, tell him/her what you have been feeling!. You are not crazy!. With all the stress you are under your body has to deal with it, this is just how your body is releasing the tension!. There are ways to control it so it doesn't control you!. this sounds like Anger to me!. I know it well!. The strange thing about anger is that it can be triggered by so many different things!. It almost seems random, but if you really pay attention to it, try to stay distant from the anger itself, and rather see what made you angry, then patterns begin to develop!. Once you see what's causing it, you can go about preventing it in the future!. You're not crazy, this is a common problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a good thing that you're aware of what's going on, so you certainly aren't going crazy!. In my opinion, I think that everything is just building up and contributing to a bigger problem, i!.e!. your stress!. Perhaps give yourself an outlet, a journal perhaps, or just do something that you really enjoy doing, like hiking, drawing, or whatever!. You should actually go see your doctor to rule out any cardiac or several other issues!. Anxiety attacks can give you similar symptoms as well, but it really isn't a safe assumption really!. You may be having an almost fight or flight response to a physical issue!. People do die suddenly of heart attacks in their 30's, and would kick themselves (if they could), for ignoring early signs!. take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some of it sounds like Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome or PTSD!. The other sounds like anger issues or with some anxiety mixed in!. If your not happy, find another way to live your life before you ruin everyone else's!.

You are not crazy but you do need to see a professional!.I would hate for you to have a heart attack due a psychosomatic reaction!.See a regular dr !. and see if you are refered to a psychologist!.Do yourself a favor and take care of yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say it is stress! It is also something that you should probably go to the doctor about, maybe the Dr!. could give you a medicine to help you deal with stress better! Having alot of stress like that can lead to health problems!Www@Answer-Health@Com

to me it sounds like your suffering from anxiety and panic attacks - this is stress related - please go to your doctor x
