I recommend a podcast called Bipolar Nation!. It's hosted by a bipolar person and has helped me quite a bit to understand myself and help me to realize that I am not alone in all the feelings and thoughts that I have about myself and bipolar in general!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
A better way to get to know more about the illness is to look into the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance in your area!. They have support groups all over the country!. Larger areas have more than one group so you can pick and choose the one that suits you!. There's a locator page on their website!.

I found the one in my area thru NAMI!. It just was easier to find!.
