Aura's are the astral body around your physical body and the color can very accurately predict your health and well-being!.
There are several ways to look at an aura (though I have never seen mine, I have seen other peoples') The best way to look at someone's aura is to have them stand in front of a white background and relax!. You should relax your eyes as if looking for a hidden picture in one of those optical illusion boards!. If you wear glasses, it's even easier because all you have to do is take them off!.
To know what color yours is, I suggest doing this exercise with another person and take turns looking at each other's auras!.
