When you have these daymares ~ the daytime dreams ~ are you awake or asleep!?

Please don't act like that's a stupid question, because you don't say if these "daylight dreams" occur when you're awake or asleep, so I don't know!. I don't know if this happens when you lay down to take a nap, or if this happens when you're wide awake and day-dreaming ~ like when you're staring out the window in class and just letting your mind wander, you know!?

If you're having these "daylight dreams" when you're asleep, then I'd consider them "night"mares, because they happen during a sleep cycle!. You see, it doesn't matter whether they happen during daylight or night-time hours; what matters is that they happen during a sleep cycle!. We call them "night"mares because most people sleep at night!. Even if you happen to sleep during the day, we still call them "night"mares, because the dreams occurred during the sleep cycle!.

If you're having these "daylight dreams" when you're awake, then I'd consider them "day"dreams, because they happen during a wake cycle!. You see, it doesn't matter whether they happen during daylight or night-time hours; what matters is that they happen during a wake cycle!. We call them "day"dreams because most people are awake and do their day-dreaming during the day!. Even if you happen to be awake and do your day-dreaming at night, we still call them "day"dreams, because the dreams occurred during the wake cycle!.

Now that we understand the difference between "day-dreams" and "night"mares, I still want to know which it is that you're having during the daylight hours!.

If you're asleep and having "night"mares, you could simply be having a repeat of the "night"mares you had the night before, which is a common occurrence; often times, our minds will return to "unfinished business" in a dream from one night to the next or one sleep cycle to the next, thinking there is a task or function that must be completed before the mind can successfully move on to another task!.

However, if you're awake and having "day-dreams", you could simply be running the prior night's "night"mare through your waking mind, trying to find a solution to the puzzle before you: why did I have this "night"mare and what was it trying to tell me!? It is merely your conscious mind trying to solve the puzzle presented to it by your unconscious mind of the night before!.

As to why you're having such gory, bloody, battlefield dreams in the first place, I cannot tell you; I can only offer suggestions of things for you to look at that may be contributing factors!. Do you watch television prior to going to bed at night and, if so, what do you typically watch!? Is there anything specific you watch, on a repeat basis, that contains similar elements as your dreams!? Do you watch news coverage of the war!? Do you watch forensic stories about people who get caught murdering others!? Do you read particularly gory books or magazines before bed!?

Something is contributing to your mindset of blood and guts before bed, which is putting blood and guts into your dreams at night!. Whether you are then having "night"mares during a sleep cycle the following day, or "day-dreams" during a wake cycle the following day, your mind is still trying to sort out the dream of the night before, I'm fairly sure!.

Try changing your routine before bed ~ put something different into your mind before bed and see if you can't break the pattern you're in of blood and gore ~ and see if that doesn't help the situation overall!.

If changing things like that for a couple of weeks doesn't change the content of your dreams, then you may want to seek the help of a professional to determine why you're having such violent images invade your dreams!. For now, though, I think you can handle this on your own!.

No, don't use medication, I know so many people who are fine, then go to a "Doctor" who tells them "they need medication"!. Then those once normal people become wack-o and scary to be around!. I think you are fine without Meds!. Try listening to different, uplifting music!. Also try to change all any thoughts that might be causing these night and daymairs!. Another thing that works, if you have faith, pray in the name of Jesus Christ that you will not have nightmares!. Also, you must not dream of Bunnies so remember that, and don't forget, if you dream of bunnies well you'll see!.
I just said that to make you start thinking of bunnies, then maybe you will start dreaming of bunnies, ya know!?
Well good luck to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
