Is this a form of Bipolarism? if so...what kind?!
Question: Is this a form of Bipolarism!? if so!.!.!.what kind!?
i don't know if this is just normal symptoms of PMS or not, but when it gets to be 'that time of the month' i get really depressed, forgetfull, lost of interest in things i would usually be excited to do, severe fatigue, loss of apetite, very lonely, and i cry!.
then, when it's over i feel back to normal and after my feelings of normalness i feel so happy like i can do anything and i want to do everything!.
Is this a form of Bipolarism!? or is it just major PMS!? i don't understand it and it scares me sometimes because i get thinking during the depression phase and i can't find a reason for my being but i know that it's wrong to think that, but i just can't get over that feeling!.
i know now that it does come with my menstrual cycle, but is there anything that would help me!? i'm worried that it will get worse as i get older (im 19 by the way)!.
i appreciate any input!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't sound like bipolar to me, but it does sound like PMDD, " Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, a severe form of premenstrual syndrome that is characterized by severely impairing behavior and mood changes!." (from the NAMI website)
