Question: Getting help!?
Okay, so I used to cut and stuff and there's a really long story that goes with this about my other stupid habits and I'm finally getting help!. But I'm worried!. What are these "doctors" going to ask me, or what am I going to have to do!? Any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't be scared most likely they r gonna ask ur how u feel on a 1-100 scale!.!.and ask u what some thing that u do that make u happy!.!.!.and r u always sad!.!.stuff like that!.!.no big deal!!!.!.and u can have ur parents with u if u choose to!.!.but u don't have to!!

They are going to ask you about you!. There will not be anything scary or threatening and if you don't understand what they want, tell them!. Since it will be "all about you" you shouldn't have any trouble answering questions if you are honest with yourself and them!.
Depending on your age, parents are usually involved with the process but nor necessarily present all the time!. Often there are interviews together and then each separately!. It depends partly on what you and your parents want!.
My advise is to relax and remember that the mental health professional is trained to and wants to help you and if not they would not be in that type of work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok they will tell you to tell your parents which is good and just talk to you to help you find out why you are cutting and to make you stop!. Do not be scared!. Believe me cutting your self demands more moral and inner strength then talking to a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
