Question: Is it possible for a caffeine addict to feel depressed if they don't get their caffeine!?
I usually drink coffee in the morning, but today I didn't have any 'cause I was in a hurry!. I felt depressed all day and couldn't stop crying!. There were little things that I was sad about, but nothing that big that could really make me cry like this!. Could this have been from my lack of caffeine!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg, i felt the same way the other day when i didnt drink my coffee!. I got home from work and i was so irratable that i felt i could lash out on someone for no reason!. I also felt extremely hungry and could cry for no reason at all!. must be the caffeine!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Absolutley, caffiene is a stimulant, when it is removed, the opposite effect occurs!. It could also have been the headache you got, lol!. that makes me cry!.
