Is stress a lifestyle choice or just inevitable for some people?!
Question: I'm having this discussion with someone and would like some other opinions...thanks!
Answers: I think some people have a higher pre-disposition to stress than other's, but stress is something under our control. Whether we want to admit it or not, we can control how we respond to our environment. People can be taught how to recognize their stress triggers and keep stress under control. Cognitive behavior therapy shows that our mental outlook can greatly impact our stimulus response.
