Find a better job and then leave the one you have. Leave it on good terms so that you can use them as a reference in the future. It doesn't sound like a great job -- you're overworked and underpaid. If you think the people are really nice, it means that you are really nice, and you'll find nice people wherever you work.

Every job that you ever get in life you are going to have people that you just cannot figure out and you are going to endure a lot of bull! even when we sometimes know that we are not getting paid what we are worth. But on the other hand I have been in your situation numerous times and what I've learned is to go to work and know that it is just work speak and keep a smile on my face kiss no *** receive a days pay for a day's work and take my *** home leave home at home and work at work, do not let co-workers get too close where they feel that they know you to a T because what happens is it is not always the job itself but it can sometimes be the people and the monster we ourselves create. So you just have to be careful no matter where you work and always keep your eyes opened because you never know who's watching you or who is out to get you maintain your professionalism and class and you will always have the upper hand, this way your eployer and co-workers will respect you more and you will be at peace while at work and you will be at peace with yourself.
