It's all about pacing yourself, man. Sometimes, when you feel like saying something, keep your mouth shut and evaluate if you would've made a fool of yourself. If you would have, you'll know to start holding your tongue more often. If you wouldn't have, then there's nothing to worry about.

Most of it comes from being your age though. It will probably get a little bit worse before it gets better, but in a few years you'll be aces.

i have that too but im getting better add me on aim if u wanna talk

It's a tough age.

Don't kid yourself that you're the only one doing this - you just don't notice when other people do it, just like they don't notice when you do it as much as you think they do.

You WILL grow out of this, so relax a bit.

If you want some reading material on it, look up a book by Dale Carnegie titled, "How to make friends and influence people". It's at your library.

1st you have to accept the way you are, and love who you are donbt think your awkward all the time because you are just creating more of an awkward situation.
Loads of self help books out there, I recommend "the Secret " thats a good book and its on dvd

You say "nobody is like this but me." Not true. I think most people are like this but they handle it differently. Most teenagers are insecure and are so worried about what their friend think of them but their friends are too busy worrying about themselves.

Maybe an acting class or theater arts program may help you. I'm shy too but most the time I pretend not to be. That's everyday acting for me.
