I hate the world today?!


Question: I'm such a ***** and hate it. I have been mean all day to people who love me. I have anger problems. I just wish everyone whould die and leave me alone. I hate everyone. I think I hate you too. Don't take it personal I'm in a mood. How do I change? Everyday It feels like I'm full of hate

Aww I'm sorry. I think you just need to go somewhere and be alone. Try and take the things about of your life that make you mad. When you feel like you are being mean bite your tongue and say something nice. Here is a good song http://youtube.com/watch?v=1bD5doenL7g

Start singing songs that are about happy things.

Also, consider being grateful rather than spiteful for what you have. Sure, you may be stuck in endless traffic, but that's just more time to listen to the tunes on the radio. Maybe your bf has cheated on you. Well, that tells you that it's time to move on. You can be greatful that you found out that he was such a slimey cheater.

Be grateful for little things. Sunlight, Rain, Snow, Food, Air Conditioning, Heating, a Job, the opportunity to get education, that you have enough prosperity in life to use the internet. Think of the good things people have done for you. Did someone manage to not run you over when you used the crosswalk or jaywalked? Do people acknowledge your presence when you enter a room? What about your parents or your siblings? Or how about the fact that you are alive and have all that you need to keep living.

You need to relax ... then go to the bathroom and take those little pills the doctor prescribed for you ... Yes, those pills ... ((crazy people pills)) ... Now drink those down and breathe

First do something you actually like to do for 10 min. with no one and don't think of anyone or anger. Then go near some one and smile, if you start getting angry at that person keep thinking in you head that you shouldn't get mad at them and if that doesn't work close your eyes and inhale and exhale for 10 sec and if that still doesn't work, just go to your room put a pillow on your head and listen to relaxing music.
When I get angry I do those things sometimes.

A lot of people cut themselves in your situation. Maybe it will provide some release for you, and you'll be nicer to other people, instead of taking it out on them, you can take it out on yourself.

I hear ya...I would go find some happy tapes (self help) to play at night....It helped me!

Stop focusing on you and start focusing on what you can do for others. Selfishness is almost always what leads to hate, anger, and frustration of others.

What happened to make you be like this? Something that you're not dealing with is likely what's eating your a$$. Look in the yellow pages and find a councelor. Go deal with your issues and the anger will deal with itself..

If you can't afford to pay full price, you can find some who take a sliding scale.

That's just your hormones talking (and I'm not saying those once a month kind). For some people they just have a hormonal imbalance and have to be medicated. In your case I think it's safe to say that this is true.

I am exactly the same.I hate listening to "punch a pillow" or take deep breaths but what i do is distract my self from saying anything like make a braclet drawing.And if someone bothers you then say im busy.Hope it works cuz it does for me.

When I am tense, (not saying you are) I take a hot shower,read a good book, or watch a good movie to get my mind off of everything!

then why do you ask us if you hate people.

since I live by the ocean , I go there when i'm bugged at times,,, so maybe the wide open spaces like a park or river listen to the water be happy not to worry,, Ray in Monterey
