I took it for a while. It helped my mood swings a lot but it can cause problems with the way your body processes sugar.. which can cause you to gain weight.. which is why I stopped taking it. It takes anywhere from 3-6 weeks for your body to adjust to it. It definitely helped the whole weight gain thing just out weighed the good in my situation. Anyway it effects everybody different so don't let my advice sway you too much... good luck..

agree with the above answerer but it had me up in the night to eat choc, hence the reason i took ur smoking to lose weight...seems you cant win :/
