Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your brother. TBI is such a scary thing. The most important thing is to keep hope. The human brain can often do an amazing job at healing itself over time. Here are some of the best resources I have come across:

Sorry to hear of your brothers plight. I will say a prayer. Type in "TBI support groups" in the search box and you will find many. Also as your health plan if they offer one, go to Yahoo Groups look there and if there isn't one, you might want to start on. Sincerely.
yahoo groups suck. dont do them. go on a forum.
Laurie has a good suggestion, to try to find a group. Another approach is to speak with you brothers nurses & doctors & social worker. They may have more valuable resources for you that don't involve a lot of research..I hope things go well for your family..
